I was purchased Boat Flash Plus - Active black on September 2nd and it takes 4-5 business days to deliver.
- Within a week the product got damaged (Display issue) raised a complaint immediately and waited for their response. Pickup done after 5 Business days and Testing team tested this useless product for more than 3 days finally they sent the replacement after 10days (Oct 2nd week received).
- Again I'm facing the same problem (Display issue) in the replacement product. Escalated and the courier pickup was done after 10 days. Now have to wait for the testing update and again they are saying it will take 14 days to process.
I don't want to wait for this useless product. Just need the refund. Even if you send the replacement product it won't last for a week, again I have to escalate wait for a month for the replacement. On this edition there is a Bug inform your R&D to check and stop this product. Don't play with the customers. 1700rs is not a small amount for me.
Teat the product and process the refund in my original payment mode. Do not say again (we do not provide refunds as per company policy). If this is not resolved I'll step-up to the next level. Was this information helpful? |
