On 12 Aug I arranged a pickup of my boatEarbuds 138 black which i hardly used 3-4 days they had manufacturing defect, A boy from Xpressbess courrier came to collect the product but When I'm trying to check status through ticket id it is showing that Delhivery Cancelled my Return pickup and When I'm checking through Xpressbess website it showing that product is Handed to warehouse Its 2 oct but there is no response from anywhere I tried hardly to communicate with customers care but no response
