I ordered an boat nirvana on 14 july from boat official website and this order is prepaid .On 17 july i received a box by the delhivery delivery boy
but after i opened the box the i saw my product is missing then i called the delivery boy and he said i can't do anything about this do complaint to boat so i called the boat helpline number on same day they said click some photograph and make video of empty box and mailed it on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.Com
i do the same then they asked me for to wait 6-7 days for investigation but they didn't solve my problem and didn't respond to my mails
i am very frustrated and disappointed form this incident
