I did order Ear pods from Boat official website by paying $1599 rupees through phonepay on 8th august .Transaction was successfull and the amount was transfered .On re-entering the the same website my order list is empty no transaction ID was found . Till now iam not able to know whether it will be available, what is the status of my order or i just lostmy money. idid sent an email regarding the same towards boat official and they replied next day that it will be solved next 24hrs.till now no responses, no reply for my email, not even attending phone calls .i either want my money back or the product be delivered.
