Boat — regarding the replacement of product

One of the ear of my boat 225 earphones is faulty so i decided to replace them you picked up the product from me on september 17 2019 and i haven't got any response from their side i tried calling the customer care and they are not attending the call i have call them around 59 times in this week.
On email u just sended me the link to register the complaint the service no. Is saying me that the ticket no. Is invalid where as the site is saying it is correct.
I need my earphones replaced in less than a week.

During replacement they have not provided earphone box and buds which i had given during pickup and they have delayed to make replacement for 1mth and above
