Kindly let me know when the status of the ticket will be updated?
On 14th oct 2019 only, you have receive my product and till date no update.
This is not be done, right.?

Again i contacted the customer care number given below and dialed the ticket number it says its incorrect.

I agree it takes working 12 to 15 days but till now no update, this has not been done right?

When can i except this to solve.

Please consider this on priority

Updated by swati0604 no not yet, , , , they have recieve my product but no update from tthier side.Wanted to excalte this ticket.But there is no option here.
