Boat — Regarding warranty claim

I request warranty Claim against Boat Stone Grenade Speaker on 20th Sep. But did not receive any notifications yet. It shows that it will take only 2 days to solve any Request, but there are 4 days gone, and I did not receive any such responses. As I need this product in emergency, i here request for it. My ticket ID is 39029306.
