I had boat rockerz 335 . It stopped charging after 2 months
I registered a complaint with boat and they promptly responded. While filling the complaint i was asked what product I would prefer as an alternative in case the same product isn't available and I had opted for boat airdopes 441 . Doorstep pickup was arranged and i was updated about events by mail and sms . After checking at service centre i was sent a mail saying the same product isn't available and they would like my consent to replace it with boat rockerz 330 and boat bassheads 152 to which I denied since I had given an earlier choice of airdopes 441. I have contacted the customer service 3 times and every executive reassured me that boat airdopes will be given as a replacement however I kept getting the same mail repeatedly even after talking with customer care .
