[Resolved]  Boat — Replaced product not yet delivered

I had registered a complaint on boat website for replacement on the issue of one side not working on 16th September and they picked up the product on 17th September. Since 29 September, the status shows replaced product dispatching in 5 days. Its almost been a month. I haven't got any updates since then. They are not replying to mails as well. Please send my replaced product.

Got it delivered after i registered a complaint on consumer helpline(govt) . my product was shipped very next day after i registered complaint.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
