I've emailed to the boat email address for replacement on my earphones and it's over 48 hours now, I got no response from them, when I also dial the customer care, I get no contact to any representative, including to it, the automated voice says there is no complain registered as well.
I do not know how to proceed further.
My earphone is still under warranty but the battery of the product started draining quickly, I require a replacement. Was this information helpful? |
