Boat — replacement for damaged headphones not received (replacement product issued)

Few months back my headphones got damaged and i applied for a replacement for the damaged product on 30th april.in the website page when i track my complaint, it is showing that replacement product is issued, and will be dispatched soon, this is on 8th july. But after that i haven't received any update regarding the dispatch. Please dispatch my replacement product as soon as possible, because its been already so many months i have lodged my complaint.
