Boat — Replacement for product was generated and I still haven't received it

My product was registered for replacement on the company's website. It has been 3 months since it was picked up from my side and I still haven't received a replacement for the same. Despite countless emails and calls there has been no response what so ever. This is not acceptable from a company that boasts #1 customer support service.
