Complaint marked as Resolved The problem is that I didn't get my earphone. Since I register complain the on 9 June 2020..pickup generated on 14 jun 2020..but due to Sunday the courier boy come on Monday I. E.. On 15 June 2020 . My product was handover to service center on 26/ jun/ 2020.. Now when I call customer he tell you product is under testing. Once the testing you will receive you replacement detail.. After two days I again call customer care.. She again you will get your earphone on 1 July 2020.. But there is no update about my replacement ... I want rise complain when I get my earphone back... Please update my status... My ticket number is 1165030... Please help..
