I had registered complaint on 04 Jun 2020 with a ticket number 1151830. The product was collected from me on 11 jun 2020 and the service center received on 23 Jun 2020, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 26 Jun 2020 they agree for replacement but till now there is no change in the status of my product.
