Boat — Replacement not back 3month passed : 1058240

I given my boat headphones for claiming warranty and 3 months are passed and still i not got my replacement. It was new headphone and one costumer service man said i will get the new headphone. But no reply and tickt status is also not progressing
No body replying for that

My ticket no is 1129746 my replacement is approved but they have not taken my product fir replacement .my earphone is not working at all..please do something im waiting since from last two months facing lots of problems ..
