Boat — Replacement not back 3month passed : 1058240

I given my boat headphones for claiming warranty and 3 months are passed and still i not got my replacement. It was new headphone and one costumer service man said i will get the new headphone. But no reply and tickt status is also not progressing
No body replying for that
