Boat — replacement not dispatch. ticket number is 1199422 no progress last one month.

Hi,

I have not received my product yet and also not updated status after 16th july. Many times call your customer service but are not able to reach them.

Already two time talk with customer care and told me i will dispatch but not doing.

Our ticket number is 1199422.
