[Resolved] Boat — replacement not dispatched even after multiple followers

My defective product was picked up on 8th of november it is showing replacement issued on 18th of november it is 29 today still not dispatched when contact costumer care they asked me to wait for 2 days with patience i waited and then tried calling the team again after two days. It is really hard to get in touch with this people after a long wait of 30 mins this aldy answered the call and asked for ticket number i asked her to wait for a minute this lady disconnected the call and i was so pissed off and the lady lady told me that the ocean blue color is not available (225 ocean blue) as it is a limited version. Even i agreed for red or black which ever is available she promised that it will be shipped by 4:30 in the evening on 28th 2019 still no update. It is only 3 months since i purchased this item. Solve it at the earliest. My ticket number 757047
