Hi,
I have registered a complaint on boat on 05-march-2020. Ticket no is : 1020161
On 16-march-2020, service center received my product for servicing and on 20-march-2020 i got a status as 'replacement product is issued'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this and now my ticket status is also not showing on the delivery site.
My product is earphones boat rockers 255.
When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.
