My registered complaint number with boat is 450466. The sms from boat was received by me on 16 august 2019, stating that my complaint was received and boat will pick up unit via bluedart reverse pickup number [protected] for further action.
The bluedart person picked up the unit on 17-aug-2019. I emailed to with tracking details on 20 aug 2019 and i further requested for updates on replacement. I submitted invoice of purchase indicating model details, along with complaint. Upon request from boat representative, i emailed snap of actual product for reference.
Now after 19 days of receipt o[censored]nit, on 5 sept 2019, i was told by boat representative that there is some model related issues regarding my unit and to be sorted out by boat with courier company appointed by boat.
Till date there is no response form boat to replace the faulty unit of "boat bassheads 900 wired headphone with mic".
