I claimed warrant on my faulty ear phones they took from me and in status its been showing that it reached the boat companey and replacement product issued since october 22nd but still no delivery. Its been 9 days still no update. Why this kind of poor service from a big brand??!. They even not replying to my mails and not answering my calls. So please help me fast
