boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 19, 2020 Updated by Shivam2000 my headphone is not working properly so it is under warranty period I claimed it for replacement, Ticket no : 1428888, AWB :- [protected] . My headphone has reached service centre on 3 sep, since I have not received any information from 1 month of my headphone . I am also trying their customer care no .
