Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 18 june 2020 after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.
I had registered complaint on 28 may 2020 with a ticket number 1115916. The product was collected from me on 4 june 2020 and the service center received on 18 june 2020, i visit boat web site daily with a new hope. But, didn't get any new update. Plz replace by earfone as soon as you can because i am facing so much problem in my studies i m doing online study which needs earfone.
I m regretting why did i go for replacement, i must be happy be with "one side working earfone". Now without earfone i m facing too much problem in my online studies.
I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails. Worst service from boat. They making us only fool by their replacement policy. Very disappointed from team boat. Was this information helpful? |
