[Resolved]  Boat — replacement product issued - ticket no 718578

Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 5th November after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

I had registered complaint on 29 October with a ticket number 718578. The product was collected from me on 30th October and the service center received on 5th of November, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 5th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
Till now i didn't receive my product,
I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

My current product is out of stock. So they wiil give alternated item to me in next week

i have lodged a complaint for warranty of my product boat bassheads 100 in which there is problem of MIC on 15th of July 2020

MY Ticket Number is 1291646.

The product has been picked up from me on 17of July by expressbees.
My ticket status is replacement product issued
But the said product is not yet delivered to me..

Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

So kindly tell me frankly whether my product will be returned or delivered to me or not... Its Been 1 month since you take the product..
I have sent the boat rockerz on 31st july to the service centre and reached on 7th aug and from the 8 aug the status is showing replacement product despaching soon
I claimed warranty of my bass Head 100 ear phone which got problem in one earphone. They picked up product on 29 August.

After few days of tracking it is showing [ Replacement Product issued on 5 August ] on their website even after 10 ways there is no product delivered to me.

They are not responding any emails / calls.

For God sake tell me when tf I will get my replacement product.

I have raised a complaint for boat rockers 255.the product was collected on 27th july and now the status is showing as replacement issued from 11 aug.as i didnt receive my product i have been mailing and contacting them.but of no use.

Customer care isn't answering my phone calls and email id. The service is really poor. Do the needful as soon as possible. It has been a month since my product was take.

Sir mne apni earphone replacement ke liye di thi but wo meko delivery nhi hui but ... tracking mai show ho rha hai meko deliverd ho gya ...but meke koi product received nhi krayaga ...fir mne iski shikat ki but koi response nhi aya ...fir mne apne product ko track kra to waha dikha apka product kho gya ... ... ticket no.-1888101
