I registered a complaint (ID:[protected] with Boat for my defective product. They picked up my product and tested. I received mail 4 days later that my warranty claim got accepted and replacement will be shipped within 5 days. but its been more than 10 days no update after that.
I have sent multiple mail to them no one is responding.
When I am trying to call 1/10 call get connected after that also their employee is saying they don't have any update on product and can't help and disconnect the call.
Very pathetic service.
I am still waiting for the product. If you don't want to replace at least return my old product. Was this information helpful? |
