Boat — Replacement product not dispatched. 18 days completed ticket no: 1225497

Hi,

My ticket number is 1225497, in 8th july ticket status shows replacement product issued. It's almost 18 days completed but upto now further information not displayed. What is the current status of my product?. I want that product urgent. Please dispatch it.in case it is in shipment. Please provide shipping details as soon as possible.
