I have registered a complaint on boat on 27 June 2020. Complaint no is 1336854
On 8 August 2020 Service center received my product for servicing or replacement.On 10 August i got the status that 'replacement product is issued.but till now i.e 20 August I didn't got any update.I mailed to the customer service for 2 times but still they were not responding
I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
