Boat — Replacement product not yet delivered within the given timeline

I placed an order for boAt Wave Connect | Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch on June 28, 2022. I received the product on 1st July 2022. However, there was some defect in the watch, whenever I tried powering off the watch, after 5 minutes the watch automatically gets powered on.
So I raised the complaint for replacement, and the product got picked up on 4th July, afterward, I received an SMS stating the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5 to 7 working days, however, there is no communication. I have sent 4 time but there is no single reply.
