[Resolved] Boat — Replacement product not yet received

I raised a complaint with boat on jul14, 2020 for my bassheads which stopped working and it was pickedup by them on jul16, 2020. As you can clearly see in the screenshot that it got delivered to them on aug1, 2020 & by aug 4th they had updated as replacement product issued but till now (Its been almost a week) i didn't get any updates from their side regarding shipment.

Finally got my replacement after a long followup for almost a month
