I sent my boat earphones on 8 may 2020 for warranty claim for repairing, after 20-30 mails in this pandemic, i received my replacement on 21 june, but they sent me necklace in place of my boat earphones.
So then after 10 mails they sent mail on 2 july for sending a fresh earphones and then on 10 july it reached to my city hub and at evening the status is showing that product is returned to the merchant (Imagine marketing) back without reaching me.
Now company is not even attending calls and replying to mail. It's been 7 months but i haven't recieved my earphones.
Please help me get my earphones back please.
