My boAt Stone 200 speakers stopped working, Few weeks after I bought it . I registered a complaint regarding the issue and proceeded with the warranty claim. The reverse pickup was done by Xpressbees Couriers. But I didn't receive any mail with the ticket number for my compliant. The compliant was made in June. It's been more than 4 months and I am yet to receive the replacement for those speakers. I even sent many mails regarding this issue and also tried calling customer care but all efforts were in vain.
