[Resolved]  Boat — replacement product of warranty claim is not delivered to me even after one month from pickup of old product

I have filed an complaint (Tickets no 1282161) for warranty claim of boat earphones bassheads 100 black on 13th july and my product was picked up on 15th july from my address and after that even after one month of pickup of product my replacement product is not delivered to me till now. Ticket status is showing replacement product issued on 31st july but there is no tracking or nothing else to know when my product will be delivered to me. There has been a lot of problems due to this in my daily study routine because of this. So i request you to take appropriate action and get my replacement product delivered to me as soon as possible.
