[Resolved]  Boat — Replacement unit not received

I raised replacement complaint they pickup my product around (12th October) 23 days ago, and on 22 October they updated with status product has been dispatched still no updates where my product is they didn't provided any tracker number at all, I am doubting whether they really dispatched my product or not.

[email protected] It would take approximately 9-12 days to reach the replaced product unit at your door step They told me your product is dispatched with xpressbee. Hope my product will get delivered within the time.

My product was taken for replacement on 15th October, after that on 28th October I was notified that my replacement product has been issued and it will be dispatching within 5 business days but it's more than 10 days and I haven't received any notification after 28th October.
How long am I going to wait?
Pls kindly look into this matter
