Boat — replacing my bluetooth boat rockerz 255 earphones

The left earphone piece of my boat rockerz 255 black bluetooth earphones isn't working. I purchased the earphones on 14 november 2019 and it's still covered in the warranty.
I tried email and filing a complaint on warranty claims site but it's still pending. Kindly help out and replace it with a new set.
