Boat — RETURN OPTION is not possible ordered product and NO REFUND TOO

Boat website is very poor and customer cannot return their products if they don't like and they are saying refund option not available. They just want money only. Collaborating with Customer is ZERO. Also customer care executives from ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com) are VERY WORSE and they reply with "COPY and PASTE MESSAGES ONLY" without checking our emails / calls. Got irritated for ordering wrong product and getting return / exchange.
