I purchased a Boat rockerz 103 Pro mint Pink from Myntra in month of January, 2023. recently, i observed that the product was not up to the mark as assured by the company. it shows 30% charge remaining, but signals for low battery and even i observed that sometimes I am not able to receive calls through earphone. when raised a request they are ready to collect the product from me but it will replaced only after 10 - 14 days, what the response received from them. the product i purchased was for my basic necessity to be fulfilled, but they keep on insist that the warrant policy is to wait for 10-14 days fro replacement. whereby in checking the warranty policy it says within 0-5 days the product will be replaced.
