Boat — Rockerz 330 Active Black

Address:144E/1C South Sinthee Road Kolkata - 700050, India.

I had purchased a Rockerz 330 on 22nd of March 2022, I replaced the product on August 14th, 2022 because one side of the earphone was not working. After 9 months of replacement I'm facing overheating issue with the headphone.
If the product is only 9months old, why I'm not eligible to claim the warranty. Please Solve this issue as soon as possible.
