i bought a rockerz 333 anc bluetooth neckband directly from website, after 4 days of delivery i found some issue like mic and battery backup issue then i register replacement on website, after 2 days bluedart agent came to my home and after proper inspection of product, cable and all things attched in boat parcel box, he recieved that product, after 1 week i got whatsapp msg that my replacement was rejected due to wrong item and they share me any airpod images, after that i called that agent of bluedart and asked about the item change, he said they packed same product which i have given him, after lots of call custmore call and complaint bluedart share me the image which they packed and sent to boat ware house.
after many complaint and call to boat customer care they still saying we cant do any thing u just talk to bluedart, why i talk to bluedart, its boats problem, bluedart given the evidance, boat employes are fraud, they changed my product..
