I raised complainant because my Bluetooth headset was not working so I received
1st replacement product from boAt which is defective product it had power on issue so i raised new complainant then 2nd time received same defective replacement product which had power on issue.
I don't know whether they will check replacement product before dispatching to customer or they simply send same defective replacement product to customer but they will say we check product which they received from customer which had issues for sure i think so.
Worst customer service experience.
I'm suggesting to you guys whoever read my consumer complainant please don't buy this boAt products they will not provide support or solutions for customers who are facing issues with their boAt products who bought from online
platform or offline stores. Simply they check patience of customers by providing defective replacement products.
Again I created complainant for 3rd time I'm really not sure I'll be getting genuine and working replacement product.
You boAt brand lost your customers trust on boAt products.
I thought boAt brand is a genuine brand they provide best sales and services for their customers but they won't.
