A month before I was purchased Boat Rockerz 385v2 black wireless neckband from boat official website. After a month left side speaker was not work and I raised warranty against faulty product. They were picked and sent to service hub. The service hub replied no issues in product so we will send back to u and sent it back. I received the same and checed the product then came to know that issue was persist. Again I raise warranty complient and send to service hub and this time they accepted the claim and replied as boat send relavant one product to u but not original product. I dint need any relavant or degraded product against my products but I need new product against faulty. So they don't response regarding my query.
