boAt Rockerz — Boat rockerz 335 not charging

Dear Sir

I have purchased two boat rockerz 335 from Appario retail pvt ltd, gurgaon, Haryana through amazon portal. after a few days both of them cannot charged. Please help us to solve this issue.
BILL NO
DEL[protected] AND 111 DATED 10.08.2021 but both the same cannot be charged . Please help us to solve this issue. how to return and procedure.
