Boat — Service not given for boat aavante bar 1150 since 3 months, Ticket: 23938963

It has been more than 3 months and I did not get service from boat for my aavante sound bar 1150 which was under warranty. They automatically closed my ticked 23938963 stating that service is given and parts have been delivered but they never came to give service. The technician only came once for the visit and problem inspection and assured me that he has taken necessary details and will revert back with the parts and service in a few days. And after few days all I know is my ticket 23938963 automatically got closed with a status parts delivered and service given but my product is still not working till date. And they deny to give service now as the product warranty is now expired which is due to the assurance from boat employees that I will be getting service in a few days again and again and now the warranty period is now over and they deny to give service now. Please tell me how all of this is customer’s fault when you did not give service in warranty period and extended my ticked over the warranty period and wrongly and falsely closed the ticked after that period.
