[Resolved]  Boat — Servicing

I had ordered boat 225 and after a month one side stopped working so i registered a complain on 31st july and on 4th august the product got picked and now when i checked with courier its says whhandover on 8th of august but when i check the boat complain ticket its still showing

I return my boat 225 its one side not working they picked my return product from july 24th and july 30th received the product to the hub 2 days tested then issued replacement dispatching soon till noe i didnt get any updates so many times i send a query to our mail but not responded my ticket no: 1308625
