Dear Madam/Sir,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the product I purchased from Boat, namely the Airdopes 311, and the utterly disappointing service I received from your company and authorized service center.
I purchased the Airdopes 311 with high expectations, but upon unboxing the product, I discovered that it was damaged. I immediately informed your customer service team regarding the issue, expecting prompt resolution. However, my complaint has been completely ignored, and I have not received any response or acknowledgment from your end, despite making multiple attempts to follow up.
To make matters worse, I took the damaged product to the authorized service center in good faith, hoping for a swift resolution. To my surprise, the service center denied providing any service for the damaged product. I was further shocked when I was told they could not repair or replace the product, even though I was willing to pay for the service. This raises a critical question: why is this entity called a “service center” if they are unwilling to serve the customers?
The entire experience has been frustrating and highly unprofessional. I had purchased the product in good faith, expecting the quality and service Boat claims to offer. Instead, I received a defective product and encountered a complete lack of accountability and customer support.
I am requesting immediate action to resolve this issue. I demand either a replacement of the damaged Airdopes 311 or a full refund for the product. Additionally, I expect a formal explanation for the inadequate service I received from your company and service center.
Please treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves and take corrective action at the earliest. I expect a prompt response and resolution within the next 5 business days.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
