I have sent my earphone (Bassheads 103 red) for warranty and the replacement was issued on 8th july 2020. But it is still showing "item dispatching soon". I tried their customer service but they did not reply to me nor they picked up the phone.
My complaint ticket number is 1227486.

Updated by Pradeepk101 After waiting for a month all they did is sent me a cheap earphone instead of my original model.
