I purchased the Boat Xtend (pinch black with pink straps) 18th November 2021. initially the watch had the display issue so I discussed it with the customer care of Boat. I went to the service center of Both and submitted the watch to the service Center. (I have the proper receipt for the same). The Boat company sent me the watch through blue dart but the received watch has a battery issue.
I recalled the service center and talked to the representative. the person confirmed that they sent the wrong product & again i created the complaint for battery issue. This time, the boat picked the watch & today they delivered the new boat watch.
Again I face the issue. The product was delivered today with black straps, I ordered the "Sandy Cream" color for my wife. I didn't get the correct product from the boat and they didn't agree to resolve the issue.
As discussed from one of the representatives today, he said the company will provide the replacement with whatever product available for the customer. Was this information helpful? |
