I have ordered a smart watch from BoAt yesterday (19.2.23) and I have not yet received any shipment details. I received a mail saying that my order is on the way but I cannot track the shipment. My order number is #1910 and it is not working. It says "invalid tracking id" when I type it. I don't know what I am supposed to do. At least refund my money if you can't ship me my order. The email does not work and there is no working contact number. Really really disappointed.
