Dear service provider,
With reference to the ticket number - 1242320.
On 10th july update received as a unit have been successfully received at our service center and will revert within 4 days, but still i have not received any update from your side.
I am tracking my ticket number on the website, from 11th july to till date website status is appearing as "replacement product issued" and not yet updated or improved.
