Bought one bluetooth speaker as a birthday gift on 7 march, delivered by 17 march and within a few days started producing crackling sounds. Had to go for a replacement option and replacement was picked up on 7 april. Tried to follow via email given on boat website but there was no satisfactory response. On 16 april a new product was issued, as it read on the cheack complaint status page

They are behind expected dates by weeks. Almost one month now.
