The boat stormcall smartwatch which we purchased was found dysfunctional. So, as per our 2 year warranty policy, we travelled almost 400kms to submit the product to exchange center in Hyderabad and submitted the product and raised a warranty claim through the authorized service center itself. The invoice which was provided when purchased was claimed to be invalid by the boat and rejected it without giving any reason for rejection. This made me to travel the same distance and complain again regarding the same. They have rejected this request saying the same invoice issue, without proper reason. When contacted the customer care, there was no proper responses they disconnected the call in between the discussion.
So, I request you to make boat company to accept the invoice and resolve the issue by sending us the new product s early as possible as per warranty policy.
