Boat — They took my product for replacement and no response coming from the customer care

I have bought boat 235 V2 Bluetooth earphone from amazone and after 14 days the buttons were stopped functioning so as per rule i registered my complaints on boat site and i told them condition after that they took my product for servicing and replacement on 30 july 2020 and today is 10 september 2020 and yet no response came from the company. So i request if anyone who is capable to solve my problem please help me i will be thankfull
